Jackson & Bergman will be representing Bradley Goodrich of Greene NY, accused of driving while intoxicated and causing a crash that killed his passenger.
Goodrich is scheduled to be arraigned Monday, March 31st in Chenango County Court on felony counts of aggravated vehicular homicide, second-degree manslaughter, second-degree vehicular manslaughter, driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of 0.18 percent or greater, and a misdemeanor count of reckless driving.
Goodrich could be sentenced to spend up to 25 years in state prison if convicted of the most severe charge, aggravated vehicular homicide.
