Charges were dismissed for a Kohl’s Department Store employee, Michael Aston, after being charged with making false reports regarding larcenies occurring at the store. Tom Jackson, his criminal defense attorney, argued to have the two misdemeanor charges against Mr. Aston dismissed in the Vestal Town Courtroom. Attorney Tom Jackson argued the documents against Aston were “facially insufficient” and failed to comply with the pleading requirements of a section of Criminal Procedure Law.
