Amanda is a passionate and experienced attorney who has dedicated her career to fighting for justice and defending her clients’ rights. While at Albany Law School, Amanda interned at the Schenectady County District Attorney’s Office, focusing on domestic violence cases and appeals to both the Appellate Division, Third Department and the Court of Appeals. After graduating from Albany Law School in 2017, Amanda joined the Broome County District Attorney’s Office as a Criminal Law Associate where she quickly gained invaluable experience in criminal law. She was later promoted to an Assistant District Attorney in January of 2018, where she prosecuted a wide range of criminal cases, from misdemeanors to traffic violations and domestic violence cases. With her vast experience and expertise, Amanda was appointed to felony-level cases with a focus on DWI’s and Property crimes. Amanda was later promoted to the Drug Bureau, where she prosecuted complex felony drug cases and occasional violent crimes. Throughout her career, Amanda has demonstrated her commitment to fighting for justice for her clients. Since joining Jackson Bergman, Amanda has used her extensive experience and expertise to defend criminal cases throughout the state, as well as handling matrimonial and family court cases with care and dedication. Amanda is an advocate for her clients and is committed to fighting for their rights both inside and outside the courtroom.
